Park Battled back in a disastrous final ten minutes for
Gretna
In the second minute gretna fans held their breath as
Queens' Ross Clark shot just wide from the edge of the
area.As 30 minutes approached Frank Carroll wasted and
excellent chance as a Queens goal was looking eminent.
The
best chance for Gretna fell to Andy Smith, unfortunately
the Gretna striker shot straight at Queens keeper Crawford.
Gretna were gifted the opening goal when Steven Riley
slipped allowing Baldacchino to capitalise.The black and
whites almost added a second minutes later. David Bingham
headed goal wards and was unlucky to see his effort cleared
off the line by David McCallum.
Carroll blasted high over the bar in the 78th minute which
should of leveled the game .Eventually
Queens equalised through a Brian Felvus shot with ten
minutes remaining, this Provoking an equiliser from David
Bingham.
But then Queens Carroll scored from close range to level
the score
Substitute
Stuart Kettlewell hit the winner for the Queens, rifling
home after Gretna failed to clear a corner kick.
